For centuries, our ancestors made the most of the land, learning to farm and forage the best of Iceland and scouring the world for the rest.

We have searched the world for the best flavors and ingredients and brought them home to our distillery on Iceland’s Reykjanes Peninsula. Macerated & distilled in small batches then blended with pure, naturally alkaline water from Iceland.
Lagoon Bay is a unique bitter aperitif in the color of our renowned Icelandic glaciers & pools.
