AYCYA Raicilla is a family-owned premium, sustainability-led agave spirit born in the mountains of Jalisco, Mexico. We partner with Jorge Luis Aguirre Corona, a fourth-generation master raicillero, to preserve and elevate ancestral production methods while building a modern brand rooted in transparency, terroir, and respect for community.
Raicilla is one of Mexico’s rarest protected agave distillates—wild, expressive, and deeply regional. AYCYA exists to introduce this category through exceptional liquid quality, consistent production standards, and a story that speaks to origin and craft.
